What new self care mantras, practices or discoveries have you found during #Quarantine?

I feel like we’re all trying to settle into this current normal until the next normal & need to share these.
I have been learning to take each day as it comes and accept both it and my body’s response to it.

Fighting it or blaming myself for not being up to it is not changing anything.

So I’m working on changing my mindset, moment to moment. ❤️
