- Drop the grass - It’s about streets not parks
- Add panniers & baskets - it correctly reflects local shopping & economic benefits
- Minimum 50% of riders, no helmets.

- Mobility improvements make a huge difference to residents using mobility scooters & wheelchairs, include them
- Be explicity inclusive on race and age. Dutch women aged 70 cycle > men aged 25!
- Want to really win points, include a cargo bike.
