The Citibank has more architectural charm though

Taix has always felt like a hotel bar — I would lean into that and keep the entire bottom of Taix and make it the actual lobby for the building (like the HMS Bounty is to the Gaylord in Ktown). Make it all vintage style, and of course if it were me it would be social housing
