Most known for impregnating a 13 year old girl while he himself was a college student at 20 years old. A DNA test later proved he was the father, but Karl never associated with his son until he was around 18 years old.
However, Karl was a father even before this incidence. Both at the age of 17, Ford and Malone had twins. However it wasn’t until 17 years later, in 1998, Malone accepted his paternity.
In 1986, a Louisiana judge ordered Malone to pay $125 a week and for medical expenses for Bell. Malone said that was too much. That year, Malone was still on his rookie contact, albeit, he still made well over $800,000. I don’t see how this was too much.
Around 2006, as Bell was graduating, Malone told him that it was too late for a relationship and that he have to make it on his own.
Bell did make it on his own, playing for several NFL teams over a few years. The two seem to have rekindled their relationship and are on good terms 30 years after Bell’s birth.
However, Malone has done a lot more to make himself look like a fool over his career.

It seems that in 2015, the 2 had never resolved the issue. This is what Malone said in an interview.
