โ†ณ I started a diet named So shape for 28 days and I decided to do sport too during this diet because I kinda want to lose 30kg lol

So I have a shaker and I have a carton of powder (I think it's protein) for the morning and one for dinner with pasta
- I took vanilla and white chocolate for breakfast, it's written that we have to put water in the shaker and I tried but it was very disgusting
So I told my dad and he said to put some milk instead of water and its clearly better!
- I ate 3 eggs at lunch
- I did 1hour of sport (full body) and literally d*ed lol
- For dinner I ate pasta (32g) with the powder which is cheese and it was kinda good

- I put milk instead of water and I liked it, i can also cook it but I'm lazy
- I ate pasta & eggs for lunch
- I have to do my work out this afternoon but I just weighed myself and I already lost 700 calories!
+ I'm starting to have abs !!
we can see the start of my abs forming and that makes me happy! (I wear a lumbar belt because I hurt my back lol), I still have to lose belly and thighs but its a good start !!!

- I'm starting to like the food but it's hard because i must not eat sugar but yesterday i had a hypoglycemia attack (which means that I needed sugar)
- I just weighed myself and I lost 2kg ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ
- I cant do sport today bc I hurt my back and I need a few days off

- I tried soy milk it's not bad
- i started to eat a little more at lunch + I made a kind of fruit juice for dessert
- i couldn't do sport so I walked for like 1 hour

- I lost 1 kg
- My body starts to sculpt and I start to lose belly
- I'm not as hungry as before and I don't want to eat between meals so thats pretty good!
- Still cant do sport today bc of my back but it's ok

I decided to not do this thread every day lol
- I gain 1kg ://
- I tried cookie cream and it's very good!!
- I'm gonna do sport again bc my back is fine rn
- my eating disorders are back so it's kinda hard right now for me ://
