โณ I started a diet named So shape for 28 days and I decided to do sport too during this diet because I kinda want to lose 30kg lol

So I have a shaker and I have a carton of powder (I think it& #39;s protein) for the morning and one for dinner with pasta
- I took vanilla and white chocolate for breakfast, it& #39;s written that we have to put water in the shaker and I tried but it was very disgusting

So I told my dad and he said to put some milk instead of water and its clearly better!
- I ate 3 eggs at lunch
- I did 1hour of sport (full body) and literally d*ed lol
- For dinner I ate pasta (32g) with the powder which is cheese and it was kinda good

- I put milk instead of water and I liked it, i can also cook it but I& #39;m lazy

- I have to do my work out this afternoon but I just weighed myself and I already lost 700 calories!

we can see the start of my abs forming and that makes me happy! (I wear a lumbar belt because I hurt my back lol), I still have to lose belly and thighs but its a good start !!!

- I tried soy milk it& #39;s not bad
- i started to eat a little more at lunch + I made a kind of fruit juice for dessert
- i couldn& #39;t do sport so I walked for like 1 hour
