Stay away from @CapitalCentric developments. For Crusader we’ve had 4 changes in completion date since 2017 and reductions in spec that weren’t even revealed to us without us sending multiple emails. This was before Covid.

Back in November we were assured by @MrTimHeatley we would be communicated with more regularly and clearly. But nothing changed.

Last month, out of the blue, all buyers were contacted by their solicitors to inform us of a 14 MONTH extension to the long-stop date. @CapitalCentric did not feel the need to give us a heads up about this.

When a large group of buyers joined together to communicate our dissatisfaction, we were met with a wall of silence. Now we’re being told that they “won’t respond to individual emails”. No apologies, no explanations, no communication.

Now @AdamHiggins69 is on BBC talking about “5-6 month delays” without having told buyers. It appears that @CapitalCentric are more concerned with speaking to @BBCBreakfast and talking about sales numbers than speaking with buyers.

Extremely frustrating experience from beginning to end. Do not let their marketing fool you, @CapitalCentric are a mess of an organisation who do not care about buyers once they have your money.

Update: We were given a “completion date” but it has been noted that it could potentially be delayed by a further two months...

And we still don’t know the final spec, as apparently we have to wait for the show apartment to be ready. It was supposed to be completed in April but we haven’t been given a new date yet.

So now we’re 10 months past the original move in date of Sept 2019, with a completion “date” of 6-8 months from now.
