But just so we're clear - this means literally anyone can dump some random compounds onto a virus in a lab, go to a news outlet, and claim they too have a cure. Zero entry barrier - all you need is an audience (who have a Robinhood acct)

How I reckon $SRNE will play out based on COVID ticker modus operandi: publication of experiments coming soon (retailer excitement level: 6/10), PR that they got an IND (retailer excitement level: 9/10), PR that they have 100% cure in 2 patients (retailer excitement level: 13/10)
