@SethAbramson Occasionally it's amusing to poke fun at you, but it's usually easier to ignore you. However, today you decided to mess w/ @RealSLokhova a, wife, mother, and that's not sitting well with me.

Now prepare for a twitter beating.

@SethAbramson you keep saying all your claims are "confirmed" and "accurate" and that you'd publicly state so if ever proven wrong. Many have proven you wrong on various details, so it seems like a moot point. But let's see what you do with this, shall we?

@SethAbramson Most of my knowledge is regarding Felix Sater, so for simplicity I will only focus on what you stated regarding him in your book:
- what you should have known then,
- what has come out since
- what you should know now.
This should be fun!

Let's begin. First, you linked Sater to Trump, Russian investors, and state for years Sater would "deliver a large
number of Russian clients to Trump and be instrumental in finding Russia-born partners for the biggest Trump construction project of the 2000s, Trump SoHo."

We now have Sater's transcript given under oath so let's see what he said.

As an aside since perhaps you haven't read it yet , let's see what Felix said in his opening remarks before we dig into your first claims regarding him.

The guy you're saying helped Trump "collude" w/ Russia actually cooperated "to the highest levels of government and implicated some of our Nation's greatest enemies whose terrorism threatened our way of life."


So what all has he done?

Man, Seth. This guy testified his work included:
"establishing a network of contacts of ranking intelligence, military operatives, and military research facilities in various countries"
provided info re: antiradar missile system
intel AQ training camps

location of Bin Laden and his command structure
Bin Laden's phone #'s
After 9/11:
info re: "financial support structures and mechanisms of the WTC bombers"
names/passports AQ operatives worldwide
info US companies fronting for AQ

There's so much there I won't even review it all, but let's also take note he was "key principal in a multiyear operation conducted by the FBI and DOJ" resulting in "two of the first and to date largest cybercrime cases... against "predominantly Russian cybercriminals"

Oh.

Have you covered any of this in depth, Seth? Because it is also confirmed by the summary 5K1 letter released by DOJ last Aug.

There should be proper explanation of why Felix would end up colluding w/ Russia, as well as how the "highest levels of government" missed it, right?

I'm amused by all your "research" incl. Sater, Trump, and Bayrock. Yet I've not seen your explanation for how Sater (acc. to his LinkedIn profile) began working w/ Bayrock Jan 1999 approx. a month after his cooperation agmt signed w/ FBI Dec 1998. https://www.linkedin.com/in/felix-s-153455/

While you insinuate Sater must have been committing crimes at Bayrock, an informant, source, asset, whatever you choose to call it, is dropped if engaging in criminal activity. You also indicate it was somehow suspicious for Trump Jr to be referring to $$ from Russia when literally just months later, Pres. Obama and Sec of State Clinton were kicking off their "Russia Reset" and by 2010, kicking out Russian spies in "Illegals" program. Context, Seth.

FYI, another note. Sater's lawyer, Robert Wolf, reiterated in his statement that "none of those agencies would work with anyone whose credibility they had any doubts whatsoever" and touched on who would have been endangered had they done so. He worked with them almost 20 YRS.

So what did Sater state in his testimony re: money from investors, Russia, and even Ivanka spinning in Putin's chair? Let's go through it, ok? First, he's not a Russian citizen, was never a Russian citizen, and they gladly gave up their citizenship when leaving Soviet Union.

Second, while you indicate (i.e. make an assumption in your book based on another's claims) Sater must have known Putin to provide her with a "spin" in Putin's chair, this is not his testimony. Are you going to retract or double down and accuse him of perjury? I'm curious.

"I spent some time with Ivanka showing her around the Kremlin" - he arranged this through Arif's contact with a businessman named Toman Asmayuf.

His testimony wasn't he had Putin on speed dial to set this up, Seth....

He explains it is necessary to have contacts regardless of if a development would be in NY or Moscow. It's the "nature of the business."

Sater takes exception to suggestion Trump had issues with American banks, actually.

In fact, @SethAbramson you will see by the following tweet he finds the suggestion laughable Russian investors would be interested in Trump thinking he'd run for office a decade later.

"...it sounds ludicrous that anybody would provide financing in 2006 to us for a deal in the hope of somehow having any kind of influence to Donald Trump in the hope that in a decade he might run for President. It's laughable"

Yourself and others love quoting Trump stating he "wouldn't know what Sater looks like" in Nov 2013 deposition but curiously all of you leave out the fact in this same deposition he also states repeatedly Sater "very close to the federal government."

Trump deposition continued. Trump specifically stated he didn't believe Sater was Mafia and he didn't think the reporter did, either. Curious how these facts were left out of your book, @SethAbramson but you keep saying you're willing to retract or correct?

It's interesting you don't outright accuse Mueller and the entire IC who worked with Sater of either looking other way on having a Russian asset work w/ them nearly two decades, or flat out call them dumb because apparently only you(and a few other Einsteins) realized it. ?? LOL.

How else do you explain it, Seth? FBI Agent Gaeta who was Steele's handler testified under oath Trump Org wasn't under suspicion ever, Obama AG Lynch testified to the same. In fact, I look forward now to your dissection of the 53 transcripts to show all this "Russian collusion"

Sater's 5K1 letter specifically stated he assisted with Russian organized crime, but you have never once tweeted this information out that I can find.

This is only focusing on ONE person, Seth.
One person's whose life you didn't care if you wrecked.

Trump never colluded with Russia.
Sater never flipped.
Sater never implicated as doing anything criminal by Mueller team, yet you cling to your delusions and/or $.

It's amazing you source Newsweek,the Nation,New York Magazine,Washington Post,and The Guardian as all making quotes re: Sater as though this makes it 100% truth. Where did they source it from? Are we to trust govt records and under oath transcripts, or media w/ unnamed "sources"?

Oh man, this was so funny too, Seth. Remember when you wrote Paul Wood, BBC corespondent, writing in Aug 2017 "Sater may have already flipped" and he was "ready to rat again." Was that the TRUTH? Because as far as anyone rational is concerned, these were all LIES.

I've yet to see you cover Sater's transcript yet, Seth, where Trump Tower Moscow is clearly explained. Every question put forth answered. So again, unless you're claiming Mueller and his entire team respected and approved by both parties lack your investigative skills... <sarc>

I look forward to reading your coverage of this in contrast w/ what you wrote in your book, @SethAbramson because you either have to 1) concede you were wrong or 2) accuse Sater of lying under oath to a Congressional committee and Mueller's team not caring or realizing.

I know you won't respond. This didn't even cover half the nonsense you wrote on Sater which is NOW NOT backed up by these transcripts. Anyone who would have even been in a role to have been suspicious of Sater clearly wasn't.

You should apologize to @RealSLokhova in general for just being an inconsiderate asshole, but you won't.
