I mean sure, millennials have had to live through the Great Recession, the War in Iraq, the rise of mass incarceration and deportation, the climate crisis, the Trump administration and the coronavirus pandemic all before the age of 35, but at least we have plants!

Friends, it's ok -- we were raised in an era of systems brought to the brink of collapse by generations of corruption, greed and racism.

We use plants to cope. Social democracy would be better, but there is no shame in it!
