1) im all for zuko's character development but sometimes people forget about sokka's. he went from an insufferable, cynical sexist to a respectful, genius warrior, not to mention the wit he brings to the table. that's a powerful development that's often overlooked

2) the voice casting for atla is too perfect it was one of the few things i find that makes the show amazing. for tlok however it took me a while to get used to asami, bolin and iroh jr's voices

3) it woulda been weird/interesting if katara had ended up w zuko. imagine a waterbender alongside the firelord in the fire nation. intriguing but at the same time hard to grasp

4) we deserved to see suki's backstory. the topic was never mentioned in the show nor in the comics so yeah we were robbed

5) azula wouldnt hv had the same redemption arc as zuko did. at the very least she deserves the closure and resolve she badly needed with ursa, afterwards she should be allowed to properly heal from all the trauma that her parents hv caused her

6) i feel like years later azula would just live a quiet princess life and she'd be nicer to the servants, possibly making friends with them too. she'd be acquaintances with the gaang and!!! tyzula. self-explanatory

7) every time someone calls mai the "boring, emo chick" i lose 10 years of my lifespan

8) we deserve more soft interactions between zuko and azula tbh i know i'd hv multiple breakdowns if we ever get to see it

9) tlok's pilot ep was pretty shitty. asami's introduction to the show too. im just glad both of them turned out to be the best characters in the show in the end

10) jinora in books 2&3 were just too powerful ugh iconic unstoppable powerful. i loved all of tenzin's kids in the first 3 books except book 4, jinora n meelo kinda got annoying

11) mako should've used lightning a little more often. if he could easily use it in a factory setting i dont see why it's difficult for him to use it in fights. unless we get an explanation why i will not rest easy

12) suki and sokka never broke up i will stand by this until i die

13) mai and zuko looked so good with each other some people just arent ready for that conversation

14) they did bolin so dirty in the first few seasons of tlok im so glad when he finally got the development he so badly needed!!!! he's more than just a dumb comic relief ok he's best boy

15) ozai shouldve d*ed but i respect aang so much he was too powerful to defeat him without actually k*lling him

16) yes ur honor i love the side characters more than the main ones it's a disease methinks

17) i was honestly super annoyed w kuvira i didnt even know why. cut to when i made this account i finally understood why. it's bcs i was attracted to her and i was in full blown denial (still am lowkey. she scares me but she's so. sexc)

21) if kuvira's backstory were animated and shown in the show i woulda felt a deeper connection with her

23) kai was so ANNOYINGGGG on god i hated him sm i actually thought he was cute at first but that ep where he had mako n bolin chase him down was so FFFF i h*ted him for that omg

25) aang and toph being considerably bad parents honestly made so much sense to me. everything about it was just so real, bcs at the end of the day the characters werent meant to be perfect and i think the show depicted that so well

26) toph being a cop actually made sense tbh bcs i think she probably had her own personal reasons that ran deeper than it might've looked (other than establishing a whole force of metalbenders)

27) jet was so close to completing his redemption arc and people still sh*t on him like he deserves better?????

29) wu's character development was so soft- he went from a spoilt royalty br*t to someone so kind and compassionate and became more confident to do things in his own way

30) bloodbending is so fucked up i hate it it scares the shit out of me

31) amon couldve easily been the best villain in tlok they really didnt have to k*ll him off

32) nuktuk was cute leave him alone

33) it's 2020 if ure still pitting atla and tlok w each other by all means pls block me. i hv no respect for u

34) i love the way tlok touched on how korra had to deal with her ptsd; it's so heartbreakingly real but i know a lot of us could relate and connect with it so yeah. i love korra in other words

35) i still think about aang's voice gradually getting deeper throughout the season. it keeps me going in life

36) mai's voice helps me sleep at night it keeps me alive

37) suki starts w the letter s so does serotonin. coincidence? i think not
