I have purchased 55 inch LED tv and received it 2.5 days back and found it damaged ( broken screen), I had raised the complaint straight forward and I was assured to have a call from your team by very next day but I haven't received any call till now.

[1/1] Received one call from executive NAMIT, and he behaved very rudely, saying that we will deliver the item apart from services, it's our business , you shouldn't open that box.Behavior is annoying and asking me to bear repair cost after covid @XiaomiIndia
[1/2] No one is listening the concern that if you are delivering the parcel then how can you expect customer to wait for unpridictable days if your services aren't available and then you are behaving rudely now. Executive name - Namit (7982738540)

This is worst and shame on you guys for delivering the damaged piece. You are cheating customers by delivering damage items without providing installation service in covid situation.

Haven't received anything apart from doing wait till their services got resumed. @XiaomiIndia @MiIndiaSupport shame on you, you can only deliver the damaged items for your own profit without thinking about the money of the people who trust on you. @manukumarjain look at this

Have seen such kind of more cases which shows MI as cheating with people. They are selling their defective pieces by making these kind of excuses.
