SERVERS. a multi BILLION pound company should have so many servers located around the world and should be able to provide a game which doesn’t have inconsistent gameplay, in which every game feels different to the prior.
Remove ranks and give rewards for each individual win, giving people more of a motivation to PLAY the game, F.E- everyone with 30 wins should get a ultimate TOTW pack because on PS people with 30 miss out on top 100, which is embarrassing.
BRING BACK MONTHLY REWARDS.
Give people who grind the game, every week more rewards, make it more rewarding to play the game rather than sit and open bronze packs.

Add a reward for logging on each day, simple but a nice little addition, the more days you log in, the better the prizes on the wheel. Would keep people engaged

Add a mode where when you are playing against friends you can choose any players on the game to use against them. Add an objective game mode, to stop ruining the rivals experience for bad players having to play D3+ players every game in division 8.

PROMO CARDS TO FUT CHAMPS: this would make everyone so hype and happy for the promo weekends, it would be such a good thing for the community to get closer to EA. PLEASE add this!

Icon Swaps:
Either remove them or let players obtain all of the tokens from the release of the swaps. Nobody wants to wait a month and a half to get a player, it’s so boring.

Pro Scene:
Ea you have to up the pro money by at least a 10 fold, you’re a multi billion pound company and they’re earning peanuts from trying to play your game FOR A LIVING. it’s so unfair to see the 16th best player in the world earning like £250
