Now look at the Dec. 17 nighttime intruder on this video. He appears to be wearing T-shirt, tan(?) shorts and tan(?) bandanas. the nighttime intruder has tattoos on both arms. This photo of Arbery shows a large tattoo covering part of his left arm. The press reports that a prior police report said he had a tattoo that said “0 Regrets One Life To Live” on his right arm.
The nighttime visitor is either Arbery or another slender bandana-wearing black male with tan shorts, white t-shirt and arm tattoos who also departs the property (at least on 12/17) by running.
On 11/18 video segment, you see that the nighttime visitor wears shorts very low in the "sagging" style revealing dark underwear. At the 21 sec mark of the shooting video, Arbery grabs gun and you see shorts worn in sagging style revealing dark underwear.

Here's a 2013 booking report noting Arbery had a tattoo on his upper RIGHT arm saying "0 Regrets One Life to Live." The photo above in this thread of Arbery with his mom shows he also had a tattoo on his upper LEFT arm. Arbery, like night visitor, had tattoos on both upper arms.
