Since I’ve moved to Oregon, I’ve cooked way more than I ever have in my 23 years of life so here’s a thread of what I have made:
Chicken Marsala
Sweet & sour pork
My v first attempt at Filipino spaghetti (Cjs def shown me up on this)
Cajun green beans
Khao piak (basically a Lao version of arroz caldo)
Sweet & sour pork, crab Rangoon & banana creme pie
Khua mee (a Lao dry fried noodle dish?? It’s hard to explain in English lol) & fried riblettes
Pork chops, but in a Lao style marinade(when I tried it, it really reminded me of my uncles cooking & it made me sad and miss home a lot
)

I’ve cooked more than the last time I’ve added to this thread but I keep forgetting to take pics/videos
Sweet soy sauce glazed pork & Thai kabocha “pumpkin” custard
salmon, asparagus & banana bread. 






Tonight’s dinner: rotisserie chicken(from safeway), hot & sour Lao soup & asapgrus again bc I had left over

Salmon & air fried chicken breast bread crumb thingy I conjured up

I made pumpkin pie. 1. I forgot to take a pic (obvi) before I took a slice. 2. My crust is all weird bc this isn’t a pie pan, it’s more oval shaped rather than circular so that’s why it looks so weird.
