@LondonDrugs I’ve been dealing with LD Mount Royal YYC PhotoLab as they lost 3 rolls of my film. I haven’t been upset. I just enquire whenever I bring in new film if they’ve had any luck in their search. Today, I had the misfortune of speaking with the PhotoLab manager, Adrien C.
I’ve never been spoken down to like I was today. At one point, while leaning apathetically on the counter (the general manager, head propped up on his arm, draped over the counter as he’s addressing me) said “I can’t just pull film out of thin air, Heather.”
He implied over and over again it was my fault. Didn’t at all want to help me. Probably some of the worst customer service I have ever received, from a man who is supposed to be in charge.
