KS is a great platform for pre-sales, validation of your product and also a marketing booster
KS is great but there lots of "competitors"
The Watch industry is one of the most crowded in KS
So how on Earth I was going to get people's attention if there were another 45 Watch Campaigns LIVE at the same time as me?
1st thing that came to my mind: DIFFERENTIATION
So what I did was to design a "versatile" watch

Versatile? Yeah, like a Chameleon that changes its colors for every occasion.
So we offered the 1st & Only Watch that came with 6 different straps, easy interchangeable & aesthetically good looking (see pic)
But that wasn't enough... So we Challenged Our Customers. How? Why?

How? By asking our customers to find a better deal ($) than us. We knew we had the best one, so we posted this pic everywhere.
Why? Because we had few $ for ads.
This brought FREE GREAT ENGAGEMENT + people auto-convinced themselves that our offer was the best! We secured FANS!

KS is a unique world. It's not easy, but it's doable.
I personally LOVE IT. So much adrenaline when launching.
