The American people are paying Dr. Bright $285K a year and he cannot find his way to his new office on the 300-acre @NIH campus so widely known that millions of Washingtonians could direct him there to if only he would ask. But even that’s not necessary: Dr. Bright can work from home.

Somehow, he cannot even manage that. He says it’s because he’s sick, and we wish him good health. His condition must wax and wane, as he has managed to brief dozens of political reporters and helped hyper-partisan attorneys draft an 89-page complaint.

That’s impressive, but the American people are not paying Dr. Bright a king’s ransom to do that job. We look forward to countering chapter and verse of his fictional narrative, just the work of a disgruntled employee the President of the U.S. couldn’t even pick out of a lineup.
