It& #39;s okay not to have a super specific question, but it is helpful to be able to point at some words or documents or diagrams and say "this is confusing".
If I have some anchor, I can usually use that as a starting point to triage how to unstuck someone.

Especially during WFH, I think asking questions can be more intimidating. IMO, anything you& #39;d turn around and externally process at a coworker IRL is fair game for "can you hop on a quick call?" for screensharing & debugging.
