I just wrote a three part thread about DA Civilians and accidentally deleted it. Fuck. But I think they’re important. Remember: Soldiers are the most expensive manning solution to most problems. Civilians also offer stability if all Soldiers on a base need to deploy. Also no PCSs

Also remember, a lot of the civilians that you think are lazy are actually contractors . Contractors are even cheaper than DA civs.
