What You’ll Never Hear From Your MD:

Wearing a mask decreases your lung capacity and causes hypoxia (⬇️ O2 in blood)

Hypoxia causes:

•Asthma
•COPD
•Bronchitis
•Pneumonia
•Sleep apnea
•Anemia
•Pulmonary embolism
•Confusion
•Light headedness
•Fainting
This will lead to more doctor visits, ER visits, and Asthma pump and medications.

Why?

Because the average MD is clueless and symptom oriented.

Cases of “Asthma” will dramatically rise over the next year leading to more sickness and diseases.
There’s a simple solution.

But before wearing your mask 24 hours a day you need a spirometry test that measures your lung capacity.

This will determine the steps and precautions you need to take while wearing a mask.

But, no need to worry if you do one simple thing....
Deep Breathing Exercise.

Don’t comment “Wim hof” this shows you you’re a brain washing twitter puppet.

Sit for 5-10 minutes 2x a day and breath deep and slow.

•In through your nose for 10 sec.
•Hold breath for 10 sec.
•Out for 10 sec.

Repeat for 5-10 minutes.
