(1/2) NREGA employment figure of 14.5cr person days announced by FM today is for both April-May 2020. Last year, April-may 2019 (full may), 64.3cr persodays were generated.

NREGA employment crashed in April 2020 and lot more needs to be done to make up for it.
(2/2) Till 13 May, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh top the chart in terms of NREGA employment generation.
