The Vedic philosophy explains this variety in a more scientific manner. It states that the material energ is constituted of three guṇas (modes): sattva guṇa (mode of goodness), rajo guṇa (mode of passion), and tamo guṇa (mode of ignorance).

The Brahmins are those who have a preponderance of the mode of goodness. They are predisposed toward teaching and worship.

Then there are the Shudras, who are predominated by the mode of ignorance. They form the working class. This classification was neither meant to be according to birth, nor was it unchangeable.

Shree Krishna explains in this verse that the classification of the Varṇāśhram system was according to people’s qualities and activities.
Although God is the creator of the scheme of the world, yet he is the non-doer. This is similar to the rain.

Just as rain water falls equally on the forest, yet from some seeds huge banyan trees sprout, from other seeds beautiful flowers bloom, and from some thorny bushes emerge. The rain, which is impartial, is not answerable for this difference.

In the same way, God provides the souls with the energy to act, but they are free in determining what they wish to do with it; God is not responsible for their actions.

Both ways, directly or indirectly every body on this planet let it be from any community, everybody is still following the same varna system however they do it in a very selfish & inappropriate manner which is the only reason for our suffering in The World,

here Modernization is given more importance then spirituality which is The only reality. If the same Varna system is followed in the Vedic Traditional way, the lost peace & harmony would come back.

Varna system is the only system which make us dependent on each other, this system would never make us selfish if followed in the right manner.

Bhagwan vishnu says, Varna system is like a human body.

Stomach - Vaishyas are like our stomach/business class, without stomach our body wont work, without work the economy falls & so vaishyas are important for all class of people.

Hands - Kashtriyas are warriors/King/Government, without our hands we cant protect our own country & kashtriyas are completely dependent on the other 3 classes of people & vice versa

Head - Kashtriya needs strategy, vedic rules, need to rule according to Dharma which can only be given by Brahmana who is the head of our Society & without Brahmans no body is safe in the country & those kashtriyas who do not seek help from Brahmanas

would make the country cry due to corruption (Present situation).

Legs - Sudras are the legs which is The most important part of our body, without which we are half dead, Sudras plays the most important role to help all the above 3, due to which the society remains stable.

And most important, every devotee of Lord only desires to reside within the holy feets of Lord, let it be kevat the boat man or Brahmaji who washed the feets of Lord Vamana. So feets of Lord are the most loving part of the body by every devotee.
