I’m in the middle of finishing a new album ‘DORK 2’ so I thought I’d post any new updates here.

Something I want to make very clear:

- I won’t promote this album like I’ve promoted albums in the past. Its tiring and a bit soul destroying. I hope that’s ok. The music will be there when it’s out and if you like it I’d love it if you can tell some friends. (And also me)
Please know I appreciate everyone that still checks for me. It still means a lot. But if I’m gonna release new music I don’t wanna feel like I’m selling something anymore. I need to make sure I’m happy. I just want people to enjoy and connect with the music.

Update 17/5: I’m pretty sure I finished writing the last song tonight. I can’t record it till Wed/Thurs. Would be so good to have it done before next weekend. Every album I’ve done has an ‘Unfinished’ track on it. I don’t know why but there’s a weird set of rules for these: has to be unused verses and/or voice memo from my phone, and also forgotten/unused beat.

Something about giving a scrapped idea a life that I really like?

Ok. I’ve got the first single ready to go. I want a few weeks lead time. I just don’t feel comfortable dropping new music right now. Much more important stuff going on. Everything is prepped though. When the time is right I’ll let u know.

I’m two posts into my Instagram comeback and I’m already over it.

It& #39;s no secret I was naming the album & #39;DORK 2: Champion of the Losers& #39;, but now I& #39;m weighing up dropping the & #39;DORK 2& #39; and shortening to just & #39;Champion of the Losers& #39;.

‘CODES’ drops this Friday on @spotify and everywhere else. I was going to tag Apple Music but they shit me. This song is like meaningful deep shit over the hardest beat ever made in existence.
Album Update - Single #3 drops tomorrow - ‘CODES’:

- When Jake sent me the beat it was called ‘Spirited Away’, that’s why I posted a pic from the movie on my IG

- Was one of the first songs I did after 18 months off

- One of the last songs I finished, had to tweak the chorus
