1/
Most flights are, not surprisingly, international. The trend has been increasing towards international flights in the past weeks

2/
Why isn't it surprising that most *flights* are international?

Because if we zoom out to *all transportation* means, we see that when it comes business travel during covid19, German travelers prefer to take the train

3/
Where do German travelers fly to?

top international destinations at the moment are:

1. USA
2. China
3. Italy

4/
But how close Germany is to normal life? We can look at walking, driving, and use of public transportation to see that although the country seems to be opening up, they are still 20-50% below normal levels.

Also, people obviously prefer driving to public transportation atm
I hope you found this interesting!
