1/ Regarding the blathering sacks of sand in the CPC yammering on about wanting to be ready for a snap fall federal election, I have a plan so cunning, you could pin a tail on it and call it a weasel.
2/ If this CPC yammering continues, Justin Trudeau should address it by saying, "We are in the middle of a global pandemic, and calling an election only a year after the last one would be utterly idiotic."
3/ "However," Trudeau should continue, "if Andrew Scheer and the CPC are this enthusiastic about the idea (as they seem to be), I will let Mr. Scheer make that call. If Andrew publicly assures me that his party wants an election this fall, I will call one."
4/ Quite simply, Trudeau should call the CPC's bluff and put the ball in their court. If Canadians are outraged over an unnecessary election, Trudeau can put the blame squarely where it belongs.

Think of the entertainment value.

The end.
