2/ Is research quoted properly conducted:
Sample size
Stringent procedures
Peer reviewed

?

3/ Was the research quoted from an individual, or a team?

4/ is the scientist being interviewed an expert in the field under discussion? (Or even a scientist at all?)

5/ watch out for political interference.
