If you agree to a once off fee of R10 million & it includes ONE exclusive campaign, you can’t complain about not making extra cash from their sales. You’ll either flop or sell, so, the brand takes the bigger risk. It’s a fair exchange to be honest - Hence you would’ve agreed.

It can not possibly be an L if the figures were great. Those sneakers were an exclusive campaign, meaning they won’t produce another batch. The fact that it sold out means you succeeded.
