I’m hearing call volumes into Employee Assistance Programs are down compared to this time last year. In the middle of a global health crisis with major societal upheaval.

I’m genuinely curious as to why more people aren’t seeking #EAP counselling help to cope with #COVID19. 1/x
I don’t think a Twitter poll would adequately capture what might be going on here. So welcoming your thoughts on this thread. I have a few ideas... any resonate with you? Maybe #EAP use is down because:

a) privacy: can’t discuss personal issues while stuck at home w/ family. 2/x
