If you're living in a State that is "COVID free" you are one PPE slip away from an outbreak and then everything you worked for is lost. The risk of outbreak remains high and is elevated as we relax controls. We need more resources directed at mitigation now, not less
Context: I've had a hard day
By all means lighten up on the lockdowns but tighten up everywhere else. People in isolation need to be scrutinised by well trained and well informed, qualified medical staff. Don't leave it all up to $10/hr security guards and hotel staff
We NEED more medical facilities in remote areas. No person should be more than 24 hours away from a doctor if they get sick. Too many country and remote people accept that as normal. Not just for life threatening situations, but also for everyday illness
