TN govt revises quarantine guidelines in the state for people moving between districts and entering TN from other states and countries. (1/n)
For all those moving between districts in TN, mandatory home quarantine for 14 days.

Testing will be done only if symptoms are present. (2/n)
For inter-state travellers - testing mandatory for everyone. If tests come back as positive, they will be taken to hospital.

If tests -ve, if they are coming from hotspots (Delhi, Guj and MH) - 7 days institutional quar. & if they show no symptoms, home qaur for 7 days. (3/n)
Interstate travellers from non-hotspot states and who test negative shall be sent for home quarantine for 14 days.

Both categories can opt for govt quarantine if they don't have facility in their houses for quarantine. (4/n)
Persons coming to TN from other countries:

Everybody will be tested. If results +ve, taken to hospital.

If results -ve, they will be housed in institutional quar for 7 days. One more test will be taken after 7 days (5/n)
If that test is -ve, they will be sent for home quarantine for 14 more days. (6/n)
Exceptions for 4 categories of ppl from staying in institutional quarantine. Undertaking must be given stating that if their tests come back positive, they shall get themselves admitted in hospitals.

1. Terminally ill patients (7/n)
2. Ppl who are to attend funeral/death rituals of immediate family member
3. Pregnant women
4. Elderly ppl over 75 y/o AND require assistance (8/8)
