First up is yours truly. I was part of the original 2003 cohort at UEA. Since qualifying in 2005 I went on to work at the @NNUH in colorectal and thoracic theatres before joining the @uniofeastanglia where I now teach on the programme I was once a student on. #ODPday

Next we have Jennie from our 2008 cohort. Jennie has worked in a whole host of surgical specialities but now uses her transferable skills working in the critical care team at @NNUH. #ODPday #NationalODPday #LoveyourODP #NHSheroes

Next we have Joel also from our 2008 cohort. Joel was a student of mine when I was a mentor in practice and has since had a successful career at the @NNUH. Joel is now the Theatres Governance & Risk Management Facilitator for the trust. #ODPday #NationalODPday #LoveyourODP

Here's Liam from our 2008 cohort. After spending a few years in Norwich, Liam decided to move to pastures new and now works as a Theatre educator in Sydney Australia. Liam also sits on several national education committees in Australia. #ODPday #NationalODPday #LoveyourODP

From alumni to current students. This is Sharon who is in our current 2018 cohort. Sharon helps us as a student worker at Open days and was recently included in a promotion to encourage more mature students to study at @uniofeastanglia #ODPday #NationalODPday #LoveyourODP

Here is Wayne from the class of '08. After qualifying Wayne worked in Orthopaedics but is now the resuscitation lead for the @NNUH. We're so proud to see our students working in influential senior posts especially outside of theatres. #ODPday #NationalODPday #LoveyourODP

Another current student next. Amy is part of our 2019 cohort having been a theatre support worker before starting the programme. Amy's cohort has been affected by #COVID19 and they are now having to learn online. #ODPday #NationalODPday #LoveyourODP

Time for another Alumni member. Matt is from our 2009 cohort. Matt works in the Day procedure unit at @NNUH across a wide range of surgical specialities. Matt uses the presentation skills he developed as a student to teach his colleagues. #ODPday #NationalODPday #LoveyourODP

Katey is another first year student in our 2019 cohort. Katey was a student nurse before becoming an #ODP and loved her theatre placement so much she wanted to change professions! We don't blame her! #ODPday #NationalODPday #LoveyourODP
