1stly he appeared & thus silenced the where-is-Cyril histrionics. He showed responsiveness.
2ndly he indicated level 4 has an end. In 18 days time. Which stills the we-want-to-break-free’s but buys his Gov critical implementation time

4/ Finally he deferred to the experts, “the Professor told me...”. And again that’s fairly novel in the political world. I-don’t-have-all-the-answers-what-does-science-say contrasts well with Aunty Helen & Co’s we-know-better moral high ground antics.
