So, there is a relatively new account in a spotlight that everyone saw lately - @yousefslym - you know, that dude that posts similar threads with pics of locations in Israel, name it Palestine and adds its flag. Thousands of likes and retweets to get pats from fellow accounts.

It was not the case even 4 months ago. In January 2020 he had 6k followers and way less in August 2019. The sudden growth happened in a short period of time when he went viral, probably with this thread. Nothing he describes eventually happened, but he pretended to have insights.

Btw, he doesn’t even live in the area. He lives in Vancouver and hardly visited here few times (2nd pic is from a web archive). He made many dubious claims showing he has no real knowledge of the regional history other than Wikipedia articles in Arabic. Like with Tel Aviv name.

He was always a hateful troll. He expressed direct hate to Jews and called for Jewish extermination. He likes to pose as brave twitter warrior and some sort of a hero (recent Mossad thread is ), but he is just another irrelevant antisemite who craves for attention and likes.
