Firstbank is the most useless bank I've ever seen. So I requested a refund of 3.6k from Netflix on March 29 coz I was debited wrongly. Netflix being a reliable company refunded my money and sent me a confirmation mail.

Which they said it may take some banks 30 business days to process the refund. Okay fine! I waited. On Monday this week was 31st business day and I still didn't get a refund from @FBN_help @FirstBankngr. So I messaged Netflix. They told me the problem is from my bank

I messaged @FBN_help @FirstBankngr through their so called 24/7 email since May 9 and I've not gotten a response till date. Messaged them on Twitter they keep ignoring me. Today I decided to call them. Fine they picked, and I was discussing with on of their agent

Stated my issue and he was running some checks. So dis guy said they didn't receive any mail from me. And I was like telling him no that's not true. Coz immediately I sent the mail I got an automated response from [email protected] saying my mail has been received

So this guy literally hung the call on me. Asin a customer care service hangs up on a customer. Why?? Who does that! And I've tried calling these bastards back for like 7times but they didn't pick up again. And my card kept burning!

I know nobody may see this or do anything about it. But I think @FirstBankngr just tried 2 scam their customer of 3.6k naira which is very bad. And if not because of this corona pandemic. I'd have gone to one of their branches and turn the whole place upside down #level3lockdown
