Article 35A discriminated women of J&K married outside J&K of their basic rights. But with the abrogation of #Article35A women have been provided all rights in Constitution of India.
Article 35A compelled west pakistan refugees to live life of 2nd class citizens in J&K and persecuted those who entered India in hope of succour. But now they have been granted all rights provided to their counterparts living other parts of country.
#ValmikiDalits who were brought to J&K in 1957 by Govt of J&K made modern day slaves by this Article 35A . Their younger generation was given option to serve as sweepers only irrespective of their qualification by this article . But now all their rights have been restored.
So Article 35A which was purely illegitimately born and promoted only violation of rights of Indian citizens particularly residents of J&K now a history. It couldn& #39;t see it& #39;s 66th birthday on 14th May 2020.
