about to watch twilight: new moon with my gf!!!!!!!!!!

guys. new moon is so much better than the 1st. bella’s fear of aging, the complexity of renouncing humanity, edward chosing death over living in a world without bella, the selfishness of it all, jacob.....the intensity was palpable and the themes explored were almost overwhelming

the way i completely forgot how reliable, loving and warm jacob was......he was always there. he gets all “mine” because of his overprotective-wolfie nature, granted but u really wanna talk about mistakes with mr cullen? really lmao

it’s obvious bella cares for both but the way she loves edward is painfully different. it has layers of depth her love for jacob will never reach. it’s not even a matter of trying. she’s obsessed. but hes so :( i saw tears in his wolf eyes at the end i wanted to hug him

can u imagine......being in love with a girl and her looking into your eyes telling you “please don’t make me choose. cause it’ll be him. it’s always been him” and feel any type of ok after that. please check up on your werewolf friend Jacob u could hear that ouch from MILES away

seeing bella completely unaffected by the Volturi was an experience after all these years???? i forgot how absolutely terrifying jane’s power is

she said one word: “pain” and edward lost control of his BODY. turning into a toy. and when it was bella’s turn she was like ?

i really admire rosalie’s self control. her strength & self awareness almost go unnoticed. when bella cut her finger, rosalie stayed perfectly still. again, her response as to why she voted no for bella’s transformation really showed depth in contrast to the cheerful “yes !”

rosalie felt closed off, untrusting and bitter at first (i mean i’d be mad too if a weird white girl wanted to be up my brother’s ass) but she really. sincerely apologized to bella and edward at her bday party and that clicked for me??? i like rosalie.......

and like alice??????? i’m almost tempted to call her attitude naive but i’d immediately retract it. she’s beyond sweet. if anything she’s one of those rightfully cheerful people and god knows she has the awareness to celebrate or not. and her relationship with bella

i feel like i’m 14 again ranting about twilight but i’m an adult and i can do what i want (yes i made this)
