Let’s talk about something for a moment. I will not downplay that Covid is bad, but do not tell me it is so bad that people should be dying without loved ones around them. Do not tell me that Covid is worse that someone’s child committing suicide because it was all too much.

Do not tell me that Covid is so bad that a mother delivering a baby must do it without even a loved one in the room. Do not tell me that Covid is so bad that unemployed parents do not know how they will be able to feed their children, let alone pay rent for the month.

Do not tell me that the risk of getting Covid is worse than the fact that there are so many children being abused but have no way of reaching out because they have no one to talk to. I could go on and on about all the things that are far worse than Covid.

I get it it’s a real virus. But we can’t just expect to shut down the world until there is some magical cure and think that will solve the problem. It may reduce one, but in return creates SO many more. I’m done believing that this lock down is benefiting our health. I call BS.
