I am unaware about the facts except for what the uncle of the victim has stated who too is a serving cop.
I will not advance an uninformed opinion on the incident till the CRPF version is +

also received.
Though right now it could be a case of an intel input & mistaken identity.
Remember how a cop is serving time for having aided terrorists in free movement. So hope proper investigation is done & the truth comes out.
