Something that I'm maybe weirdly passionate about is PBS. They have shows that are genuinely interesting AND educational. Cooking to history to children's programs to current events, they cover everything so thoroughly and interestingly... ALL FOR FREE. (1/3)
Put on an episode about greens (food) on Somewhere South for background noise and wound up watching the entire thing, learning about all the cultures (now and then) that contributed to the Souths food and how everyone is connected. It was wonderful, not hamfisted, and FREE. (2/3)
I personally love We'll Meet Again, a show about finding important people from your past that impacted you.
Please support PBS if you're ever able.
Even if you're just looking for something easy to put on, PBS has got you, for free. (3/3)
