Since there is no sign of gyms returning anytime soon, I’m gonna do a thread of my most memorable lifts (chronologically) in order to pay homage to all those gains I had the privilege of accumulating.
I want to use this thread as a place to reflect on all those achievements and PRs. There will be moments where the form might not be ideal or something else was wrong, but thats the whole point of this thread - to document the learning process from start to present day
Dec18 - gymming for a year or so by now. Couldn’t do pull ups at all. Just didn’t work no matter what I tried. This random day I decided to jump up to the bar for bants and somehow banged 3 ish non-ideal form reps. For the 1st time, I felt that mind-muscle connection in my lats
