Hey everyone -

A lot of you are asking where our reaction to the new MK11 DLC gameplay is. We planned on having it up hours ago. But we sat down to record and the recording PC was like NOPE I DON'T HEAR ANYTHING FROM YOUR MICS.

Been troubleshooting all day.

None of the audio from the USB mixer is getting to the PC. I tested the mixer on another PC and it's working fine, so it's an issue with the computer.

Updated drivers, BIOS, Windows, tried pretty much every USB port, nothing. Device is detected, just no input.

So it's either a software problem on the recording PC or a (gulp) hardware issue.

At my wits end, here I am formatting the boot drive and getting a fresh Windows install going. Fingers crossed that it works.

It's one thing to lose a night of recording doing troubleshooting. It's another to need to shell out cash to get a new motherboard, which means new processor and new memory. $$$$

Worst case scenario, we can go back to our old audio setup, which is a lot clumsier but should work.

So one way or another we'll at least be ready for the stream tomorrow. I'll update this thread as we go!
