the clause in the @NTEUNational national framework i keep coming back to is that it will & #39;prevent external appointments& #39;. this means if you don& #39;t currently have a job, your union has just guaranteed you won& #39;t be able to get one until the end of the framework, in a years time.

it also means that if you lose your job, you can& #39;t get another one.

universities are not closed shops. people move between them *all the time*.

someone correct me if i& #39;m reading this wrong. but if i& #39;m not, this clause alone is enough to vote no.
