the clause in the @NTEUNational national framework i keep coming back to is that it will 'prevent external appointments'. this means if you don't currently have a job, your union has just guaranteed you won't be able to get one until the end of the framework, in a years time.

it also means that if you lose your job, you can't get another one.

universities are not closed shops. people move between them *all the time*.

someone correct me if i'm reading this wrong. but if i'm not, this clause alone is enough to vote no.
