I know everyone’s excited about Hamilton coming to Disney+ this summer (myself included), but Hadestown is the best musical of the last five years and is a socialist masterpiece about love and loss and worker power. Don’t @ me

I mean, there is a whole song about exploited workers organizing together to overtake their billionaire boss:

“I believe that we are many
I believe that they are few...
And it isn't for the few
To tell the many what is true”

Maybe this is too niche but there have to be other musical theater-loving socialists out there (besides @alysonsilkowski )
