Flynn case: Judge Sullivan has issued an order to appoint a retired judge (Gleeson) to make arguments to oppose the DOJ motion to dismiss & to address whether Sullivan should issue a show cause order for contempt to Flynn for “perjury.” I think he means in the plea. Stunning.
