The sad part about their sad devotion to Donald Trump is that he doesn’t care anything about them, not in the slightest. He cares only about their votes and their adulation of him.
The truth is that Donald Trump is an ignorant, cruel, vindictive, vicious, pathologically lying, cowardly, jingoistic, xenophobic, racist, misogynistic, serial sex predator. These are not “media lies” or “Democrat talking points”.
They are irrefutable facts that are proven many times over by Donald Trump’s own actions and Donald Trump’s own words, going back decades….
…and this means absolutely nothing to his base. And why is that?
