@united Refund policy on their site-"The scheduled departure or arrival time changes significantly." Two of my flights had what I deem to be significant changes(i.e. direct to connecting w/much later times) no refunds being issued. Horrific Customer experience. #UnitedAirlines
Just got cold xfer by a @united rep. NO warning and did not request the transfer. basically just hung up on me. Take billions of dollars of govt bailout money because flights are being cancelled but also keep EVERY penny from your customers. Great business model #UnitedAirlines
