@pittstate: The communication dept. sent out a zoom video in place of our scholarship banquet, and as soon as I saw their faces and heard their voices it set in on me that as a graduate I will not see them again, which broke my heart and I started bawling. (view thread)

The professors of the comm. dept. are some of the most caring, genuine people I have ever met who truly want the best for their students and care so much for each and every one of them. Anyone who has had a communication classes knows this.

I never thought I’d get so attached to my department in my four years here, but I have and it truly tears me apart to leave. I’m so thankful for every class, moment, and conversation with my comm. professors. I’m going to miss them so much and I look so fondly on my time here.

I just want to give each of them a huge thank you and I want them to know that their work and caring nature toward their students does not go unnoticed. Thank you for building me into the professional I am graduating Pitt State today. I will miss you all.
