He could give a damn whether you eat, whether your baby has diapers or formula, whether you can put gas in the car or pay for transportation. He could care less if you can’t afford meds or the basics to get buy.

Your nightmares & anxiety don’t bother him. The implosion of your credit rating and hollowing out of your savings are irrelevant. Your inability to cover child care or to pay for your WiFi, not an issue. He just isn’t moved by YOU watching the balance in your account inch

down to zero, with no idea when or if you can get ANY KIND of help. Your fear doesn’t matter. Your sadness doesn’t matter. The frustration, the indignity, the loss of hope.... NONE OF THAT IS OF ANY CONCERN!!!
