2/ Maybe he should haul in Van Quack and have someone look into whether he lied to the court, in saying this:

3/ Or when Van Quack told court that Flynn's "conduct and communications with Russia went to the heart of" investigation about whether Trump campaign folks were coordinating w/ Russia to interfere in 2016 presidential election when notes show AT best it was ridiculous Logan Act

4/ And at worst notes indicate it was a perjury trap. If Sullivan wants to hold Flynn responsible for lying to him about lying to FBI agent, then Sullivan needs to hold government responsible for its own lies, and for representing a coerced plea as one voluntarily entered.
