An FBI agent affidavit in court records said Fayne pledged to use the money to pay employees and business expenses. But instead, FBI agents charge that he:
-bought a diamond encrusted Rolex and pinky ring
-paid child support
-wired money to acquaintances
-took out stacks of cash

One last detail.
FBI agent said when executing a search warrant at his home May 11, they found a 2019 Rolls-Royce Wraith in his garage.
"Agents asked Fayne whether he used any of the PPP loan proceeds to purchase that vehicle, and Fayne said: 'Kinda, sorta, not really.'"
